We had been very apprehensive about undertaking this project, but the care, craftsmanship and professionalism with which the team approaced the work was amazing. Federico make sure we always understood what was going on (and was very patient with all our questions). From timelines, to process, to addressing any unexpected discoveries/changes/challenges, to quickly and seamlessly bringing in the right people to ensure things were addressed and the project proceeded on time. While it can be stressfull to have other people in your house, the team members were always courteous and respectful (very careful/mindful any time our cats were accidentally out and about trying to “assist” in the work). I was absolutley delighted with the finishished product and cannot recommend Federrico highly enough!”
