“We LOVED working with Federico and his team at Ferco. We worked with them to redo most of the upper level of our condo in a row house, including a pretty major kitchen renovation, a pull and replace in a bathroom, and new hardwood floors throughout. Throughout the process, Federico and the members of his team were courteous, thoughtful, and efficient. We worked with a designer, based in no small part because of an experience with a previous contractor, and Federico did an amazing job working with the designer and communicating with her team as well as us, and even other vendors when necessary. Federico anticipated potential problems and helped us work through the challenges (some of them admittedly caused by me) that did come up with creativity and grace throughout the project. Federico was here a lot, but even when he wasn’t the folks working on his team were polite and considerate in the way they engaged with us (and our two small kids) and showed respect for our home. We also found his pricing to be exceedingly fair. He let us know anticipated additional costs as soon as possible and offered advice in where to spend funds when trying to adhere to a budget. Maybe most importantly, the Ferco team turned out a really excellent product that they take pride in. We are now eight months after project completion and loving the new space. And even now, when issues arise, Federico will get someone out to fix the problem ASAP We will most certainly go back to Ferco for future projects and I highly recommend working with him if the opportunity presents itself.
